About the event

Do you live with pain symptoms? Are there areas of your body that are getting your attention and causing discomfort?

Join me for an hour workshop to learn the basics of Emotional freedom technique (tapping), with a specific focus on pain symptoms. We will tap together for relaxation and learning the EFT sequence, calming the nervous system and reducing stress. You don't need any previous experience of EFT as I will guide you gently through the main points. Iwill show you how to use EFT to address pain symptoms and make this tool as personalised and successful for your unique needs. We get the best results with EFT when it is specific and we focus on what we experience in the body. You will leave the workshop with a basic understanding of EFT and some practical tools to manage your own pain at home.

EFT is an evidence based energy psychology that combines the mind and body connection to support healing and cognitive shifts. It is based in Chinese medicine and uses acupressure points around the meridian system.

I am an advanced EFT practitioner and trainer, accredited and actively practising online and in Norfolk. I run regular groups and retreats, as well as supporting people's healing journey with 1:1 sessions. I have first hand experience of difficult symptoms and am passionate about helping others to find more peace and health.

Please note that EFT can stir up different emotions and this workshop is not a therapy session. If you are living with unprocessed trauma, then this might not be the right event for you. You may need more held 1:1 support and I would be happy to discuss this with you further. info@soulspaceunlimited.com.

Please bring water and wear comfortable clothes. You might like to bring a journal and pen also to make notes about anything that comes up during the workshop. I suggest you try to keep the rest of your day open for relaxation and healing.
