Shibashi supports the whole-body system (organs, muscles, circulation etc) to find balance. Qigong (often known as Tai Chi for health) is wonderfully supportive and can be done seated or standing. It has many health benefits from improving balance and fatigue to calming the nervous system. It helps improve your energy flow and clear stagnated energy that can lead to feeling lethargic and developing disease. This circle is a safe and welcoming space with a chance to share and connect with others, as well as connect with your own body on a deeper level. We begin seated in a circle and stand for the exercise. The group is accessible for all, and you can remain seated throughout and still gain huge benefit from the movements.

EFT tapping is a mindbody therapy where we physically tap on meridian points around the body to soothe the nervous system. Whilst tapping we speak or think powerful statements that support our letting go of stuck emotions and ideas. Sharing this tool in a group is really powerful and brings out collective themes and allows us to be witnessed. It is a gentle activity and there is no pressure to speak out loud. People report energy movement, emotional release and feeling lighter. Discover EFT for yourself.

Bring a fave mug along to enjoy a cuppa. No need to bring a mat. I suggest wearing comfy loose fitting clothes.
